Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and prior authorization documents. You will resolve questions, prepare client materials, and support clinical leadership with accurate benefit information.

The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and designed for a 9–12 month contract with remote work for a US-based candidate. You will collaborate with pharmacists and operations to optimize processes using automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus active CPhT certification.
• 3 years pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years with PBM supporting clinical services.
• Experience with formulary/drug lists and NDC identifiers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drug lists and PA documents with QA checkpoints.
• Update PA criteria and client customizations.
• Prepare reports and client-facing clinical materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines.
