Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You will coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to ensure accurate benefit data and timely reporting.

This hands-on contract role focuses on operational excellence, technology adoption, and process automation to support clinical leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and active CPhT certification with state licensure as required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy technician experience and 2 years in PBM supporting clinical services.
• Experience with mail order, formulary/drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Medispan drug lists and update PA criteria and client customizations.
• Manage QL rules and downstream changes with QA review.
• Prepare and publish client drug lists and coverage policies.
• Analyze medication lists and generate client-facing materials for reviews.
