Job summary

PeopleCaddie is seeking an experienced operations professional for a contract engagement with a large professional services firm. This role combines contingent workforce expertise and practical process improvement to streamline the worker lifecycle.

You will map workflows, partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to implement standardized procedures, dashboards, and automation. Remote, nationwide engagement through Feb 2027 with hourly rates up to $75 C2C or $65 W2.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant experience in contingent workforce management, workforce operations, shared services, HR operations, procurement operations, or service delivery.
• Direct contingent workforce experience essential with understanding of worker lifecycle processes.
• Experience transforming workflows into standardized, scalable procedures.

Responsibilities

• Improve the worker lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, reducing friction for workers and managers.
• Map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design repeatable procedures with clear ownership.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, training materials, and knowledge articles for daily use.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and Security to improve workflows across systems.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure turnaround times and service quality.
• Support rollout, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Recommend automation and self-service opportunities using lean methods.
