Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a highly skilled Remote Estimator to oversee contents estimating for six PA locations. This full-time, remote role requires expertise in Xactimate and Symbility, and familiarity with TPAs to ensure compliant, timely estimates.

You will work with Contents Department Management and field technicians to review scopes, perform accurate line-item estimates, and manage documentation from scoping through carrier approval. A strong remote-work setup is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility (CoreLogic) platforms.
• Direct experience with major TPA programs (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, Westhill, etc.).
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST).
• Willingness to use company-provided remote work setup for all business operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and audit comprehensive contents restoration estimates across 6 PA franchise locations.
• Use Symbility/CoreLogic and Xactimate daily to produce line-item estimates per industry pricing and regional guidelines.
• Ensure submissions meet carrier SLAs, line-item caps, and documentation protocols for TPAs.
• Collaborate with Contents Department Management, project managers, and field technicians on scope, photos, and inventories.
• Track job statuses from scoping to final carrier approval, handling revisions efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance on inventory logs, total loss reports, pack-out/pack-in, and cleaning cost documentation.
