Allstate is seeking a Coordinated Property Adjuster to deliver exceptional service to our policyholders. You will manage escalated claims involving complex contents damage, investigate coverage, and use advanced tools to assess damages and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathetic service mindset in property claims.
• Experience handling property insurance claims is preferred.
• Valid driver's license & willingness to travel as part of job requirements.
• Residency within the posted location is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Handle escalated claims involving complex contents damage.
• Conduct thorough coverage investigations of losses.
• Collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write contents damage estimates.
• Negotiate claim settlements per standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure and ALE adjusters for holistic claim handling.
• Use data and analytics to support decision making.
• Provide training and ongoing coaching as role progresses.
