Job summary

Allstate seeks a Coordinated Property Adjuster in Georgia to handle escalated contents-damage claims with empathy and precision. You will investigate coverage, write estimates with Xactimate, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with adjacent adjusters and vendors. Training and mentoring support will be provided.

You’ll work a structured schedule with opportunities to work from home or in the field, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property insurance claims experience.
• Proficient in Xactimate for complex contents estimating.
• Residency in the Metro Atlanta, GA area.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently in the field or from home.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated claims files involving complex contents damage.
• Conduct coverage investigations to ensure accurate policy application.
• Collaborate with onsite vendors via video to write contents damage estimates.
• Communicate empathetically with customers to guide the claim process.
• Negotiate settlements following standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with other adjusters for holistic claim handling.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions.
