Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring for a Contents Adjuster role with telecommuter options across several states. You will evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories on a Replacement Cost and ACV basis, finalize reporting materials, and assist with replacement services as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Prior insurance/customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; resident adjuster license preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent; accounting/insurance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residential and commercial contents inventories (RCV and ACV).
• Finalizes inventory for reporting, prepares enclosures and notes for reporting.
• Facilitates replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Applies policy-based limitations/exclusions.
• Tracks time and logs daily field activity.
