Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Contents Adjuster to evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories on Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value bases. The role involves preparing reports, letters, and notes for filing, and coordinating replacement services as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and customer-service experience, with a preference for an independent, team-oriented approach and familiarity with policy language.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; adjuster license preferred.
• Experience in customer service or insurance background is favored.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates contents inventories on Replacement Cost and ACV bases.
• Finalizes inventory in reporting; prepares enclosures and notes.
• Facilitates use of replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Applies policy limitations/exclusions.
• Tracks time and logs daily field activity.
