Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Content Adjuster to evaluate contents inventories for residential and commercial properties. You will finalize reports, prepare required documentation, and liaise with the Contents Adjuster for replacement services while operating remotely across multiple states.

We value strong communication, attention to policy details, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A valid high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Resident Insurance Adjuster License (Fire and Other Hazards) preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residential and commercial contents inventories on a Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value (ACV) basis.
• Finalizes inventory in preparation of reporting including: preparing enclosures, letters, and detailed notes.
