Job summary

Sedgwick invites applications for an Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant. The role supports physical onsite inventory of total loss contents, including driving to locations and uploading data to servers. Must be able to work with a team and follow procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and about one year of customer service experience. Training will cover safety, policy language, and file-keeping practices with attention to accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Skills include oral and written communication, PC literacy, decision making and reading policy language.

Responsibilities

• Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
• Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day’s field activity.
• Oversees maintenance of crew vehicles, including gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs.
• Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
