Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant to support on-site inventory of loss contents and data upload from field work to our server. You will work under the direction of the Outside Contents Evaluator Associate, performing hands-on tasks and ensuring accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and solid communication and PC skills. Occasional travel and physical activity are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and PC skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site inventory of total loss contents under supervision.
• Track time and log field activity notes.
• Maintain crew vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
