Job summary

Solera's Enservio unit is seeking a Contents Claims Coordinator - Virtual to triage and manage complex assignments, ensuring claims are set up for success and moved from triage to valuation services.

You will collaborate across units, respond to customers, and support both commercial and personal lines claims while maintaining strong service levels. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential in this remote role.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of property and casualty claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and handle complex assignments to set up claims for success.
• Own files from triage to valuation services; right-size effort and collaborate as needed.
• Manage all tasks to move claims to contents valuation.
• Respond professionally to customers internally and externally.
• Collaborate across Valuation and Inventory Services units.
• Understand requirements for claim handling and offer solutions to right-size assignments.
• Adhere to all applicable service levels.
• Work closely with Adjuster Owners on accounts.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
• Provide customer service via Live Chat & Hotline.
• Support Commercial claims primarily, with personal lines as needed.
