Responsibilities

• Triage and handle complex assignments to set up claims for success.
• Own files from triage to valuation services; right-size effort.
• Manage tasks to move claims to Contents Valuation.
• Respond to customers internally and externally in a professional manner.
• Collaborate across Valuation and Inventory Services teams.
• Understand requirements for claim handling and offer solutions.
• Adhere to all applicable service levels.
• Work closely with Adjuster Owners on accounts.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.
• Provide customer service via live chat and hotline.
• Support both Commercial and Personal lines claims.
