Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Content & Website Coordinator for a remote contract role. You will launch and manage websites, perform content migrations, audits, and CMS publishing while ensuring WCAG accessibility and QA standards.

You will coordinate stakeholders, document SOPs, and optimize information architecture to support long-term site operations. Ideal candidates have strong written communication, content governance experience, and proficiency with Asana and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Launch eight Region Board websites in 2026 with audits, publishing, accessibility reviews, and QA.
• Support eight regional meeting informational websites for conferences.
• Plan and execute content migrations with inventories and tracking docs.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage tasks in Asana to meet timelines.
• Conduct WCAG accessibility and QA reviews with documented outcomes.
• Prepare launch readiness checklists and provide launch support.
• Establish governance, workflows, and SOPs for long-term site operations.
• Configure pages and publish content in the CMS within templates.
• Organize information architecture and improve content operations processes.
