Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Content & Website Coordinator for remote contract work. You will launch and support multiple regional websites, perform content migrations, audits, and governance tasks, and coordinate stakeholders using Asana.

The role focuses on accessibility, CMS publishing, and maintaining content operations with strong documentation practices. Remote contract position with benefits via w2, including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience with website content migration and content operations.
• Ability to conduct content inventories and audits.
• Publish pages in a CMS and configure pages without errors.
• Document governance processes and SOPs for content teams.
• Perform WCAG-aligned accessibility and QA reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track projects to deadlines.
• Organize information architecture and content workflows.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and SOPs.

• Support eight Regional Meeting informational websites for upcoming conferences.
