Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States seeks a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies. The role leads global content strategy, crafting scientifically accurate, commercially relevant messaging across campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.

You translate complex biotech information into audience-appropriate communications. The position requires 8+ years in life sciences marketing and a strong ability to coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, downstream marketing, or related commercial communications within life sciences, biotechnology, medical technology, or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, sales-enablement materials, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, advanced therapies, or related markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities, upstream marketing strategy, portfolio positioning, value propositions, and customer needs.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal SMEs, agency partners, and external collaborators, integrating scientific expertise and commercial objectives.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows to support milestones, launches, campaigns, and commercialization initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional content review and approval processes with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications to ensure compliance.
