Sana Lake Recovery, LLC is seeking a Contact Center Representative to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking substance use and mental health treatment services. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, initial screenings, collecting insurance information, and coordinating admissions.

The role supports compassionate outreach from a remote work setting, requires strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to stay calm on difficult calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, call centres, healthcare, behavioral health, admissions, or crisis support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress calls.
• Multitask and document information accurately while speaking with callers.
• Reliable internet and private workspace for remote work.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional support to members and families.
• Assess needs and identify appropriate level of care.
• Document calls, member information and follow-up activity.
• Create and manage opportunities in Dazos.
• Collect insurance and demographic information.
• Coordinate admission dates, transportation, and arrival details.
• Communicate with Admissions, Clinical, Medical, Transportation, and other departments.
• Complete follow-ups, referrals, and form fills.
