Job summary

DxTx Pain & Spine is seeking a friendly Contact Center Representative to schedule new patients for affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers. This fully remote role handles inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and outbound follow-ups with prospective patients.

You will provide courteous service, document patient information, and support marketing efforts while adhering to privacy standards. Eligible candidates have call center experience, strong communication, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center and appointment scheduling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling.
• Register and schedule new patients and provide pre-appointment materials.
• Cancel, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and educate them on options.
• Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Support marketing initiatives by tracking and communicating lead activity.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
