VNS Health is seeking a fully remote contact center agent to deliver efficient, courteous service via chat, calls, email, and web. You will determine needs and connect patients and staff with timely services, upholding VNS Health standards and a compassionate experience.

Qualifications include high school diploma, preferred bachelor's in Communications or related field, at least one year customer service in healthcare. Excellent communication, PC skills, and optional bilingual abilities.

Formación

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual abilities may be required by operations.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to consumer inquiries and resolve non-clinical issues across VNS Health.
• Build effective relationships with customers, physicians, hospitals, and internal contacts.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure needs are understood.
• Maintain knowledge of organizational changes through ongoing training.
• Adhere to contact center standards and contribute to service improvements.
