Job summary

VNS Health is seeking a fully remote contact center agent to provide efficient and courteous consumer service across chat, calls, email, and web. You will resolve non-clinical issues, build strong relationships with customers, physicians, and internal teams, and ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining empathy and clear communication.

The role requires a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's in Communications/English/PR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports a designated line of business and develops proficiency in a specific area within VNS Health.
• Receives and addresses consumer inquiries, resolving non-clinical issues and complaints across VNS Health and external/internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrates empathy, active listening, and clear communication to ensure needs are understood and met.
• Establishes customer-focused relationships to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Operates within contact center standards and shares best practices for continuous improvement.
