Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Representative who can work remotely after a training period at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center in Live Oak, Texas. Candidates must reside in Texas and be able to perform all work from home within Texas.

Inbound loan processing, strong service, and product education are key aspects. Performance-based bilingual Spanish/English certification can add a $2.00 differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 9 months financial institution experience or 2 years customer service.
• Proficient with PC, Microsoft applications, and typing (25 WPM) and 10-key by touch.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flex schedule (Mon–Sat).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and finalize a variety of consumer loans via inbound channels (phone/video).
• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Discuss and recommend rb products and services to meet member needs.
• Process paperwork and collect fees to complete title work.
• Inform members of loan decisions and provide information on ancillary products.
• Maintain knowledge of RBFCU policies and regulatory laws.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to meet department standards.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
