Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Representative to assist members with consumer loans mainly through inbound phone and video chat. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 9 months financial institution experience or 1½ years customer service.
• Must be proficient with PC, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment (typing 25 wpm, 10-key by touch).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.
• Flexible Monday-Saturday schedule requiring coverage during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill member loan applications and inquiries and finalize/fund consumer loans.
• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and others.
• Discuss and recommend products to meet member needs and RBFCU mission.
• Process paperwork and collect fees to complete title work.
• Inform members of loan decisions and provide information on ancillary products.
• Maintain current RBFCU policies and regulatory knowledge.
