• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and mentor talent.
• Strong business acumen in forecasting, pipeline, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing presales team across experience levels.
• Build a culture of technical excellence, customer focus, accountability, and inclusion.
• Align SE priorities with sales objectives and business strategy.
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and outcomes.
• Represent SE in reviews, cadence, and leadership forums with insights.
• Establish effective operating rhythms: meetings, 1:1s, reviews, planning.
• Use data to identify trends, surface risks, and improve outcomes.
• Develop scalable programs and operating models; drive adoption of AI.
