Topcon Positioning Group is a leading provider of construction technology and integrations. This role focuses on ProjectReady WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma, helping customers connect systems and optimize data workflows for better value from technology investments.

You’ll work with customers, sales and technical teams, and partners to design feasible integration solutions, support implementation, and drive successful adoption. Strong API, data, and collaboration skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in construction technology, software integration, or technical consulting.
• Understanding of construction project workflows and the tech ecosystem.
• Experience conducting technical discovery and customer engagements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical integration solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge integrations and workflows.
• Lead technical discovery and support sales with integration scoping.
• Deliver demos of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for system integration and workflow automation.
• Advise on integrations with platforms like Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, HCSS.
• Translate customer needs into data workflows, mappings, and recommendations.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with partners and development teams to validate solutions.
• Capture feedback and communicate product gaps to the WorkBridge team.
• Create training and best practices for internal teams.
• Develop repeatable integration solutions and packaged services.
• Keep current on Autodesk APIs, WorkBridge capabilities, and industry trends.
