Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Construction Site Manager to oversee global projects from a fully remote setup. You will coordinate activities, manage schedules, ensure quality, and communicate with on-site teams and stakeholders using digital tools.

The role emphasizes virtual leadership, site inspections, and risk management across diverse projects. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in construction management, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency with Procore, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
• Experience leading remote or dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities remotely to meet plans and schedules.
• Manage project documentation including progress reports, permits, and safety records digitally.
• Communicate with on-site foremen, subcontractors, and project managers via video, phone and email.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on sites.
• Manage budgets and resources with procurement/finance teams.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide timely guidance remotely.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and progress reviews using drones or live streaming.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular project updates.
• Approve work completion and manage milestones from a distance.
