Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to join our global construction technology practice. You will lead the development and management of BIM processes across international projects, ensuring data integrity and seamless collaboration from a home office.

The role requires Revit, Navisworks expertise, strong remote communication, and the ability to work independently across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience with complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related modeling tools.
• Understanding of international BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.
• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms (BIM 360, ACC).
• Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for international projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to detect clashes and ensure integrity.
• Manage BIM project standards, libraries, and templates.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings using virtual platforms.
• Ensure adherence to BIM protocols and best practices throughout project lifecycle.
• Train and support project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Generate reports on model quality and clash detection progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors remotely.
