Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Foreman - Civil Works for global infrastructure projects. The role focuses on remote supervision of earthworks, concrete, and infrastructure installation across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to plans, safety, and quality standards.

You will communicate with on-site teams daily via Slack/Teams/Zoom, review documentation, approve work methods, and coordinate with project managers.

Qualifications

10+ years in civil construction with supervisory experience.
Knowledge of road construction, drainage, and earthmoving.
Ability to lead remote teams and manage projects across sites.
Proficient with communication tools and reporting apps.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote supervision for civil works crews incl. earthworks and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with project specs, safety, and quality controls.
Communicate daily with on-site teams to monitor progress and guide actions.
Use PM software and communication platforms to track work and delays.
Review documents, approve methods, and coordinate design changes remotely.
Maintain records of activities, equipment, and material usage.
Promote safety culture and address safety concerns virtually.
Review and approve timesheets and work reports.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues.
