Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Risk Management Generalist to support projects nationwide from a remote location within the United States. You will partner with operations, legal, safety, and leadership to identify and proactively manage risk from preconstruction through closeout, contributing to project success and strong governance.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of risk experience, an associate’s degree in risk management or related field, and solid MS Office 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level or equivalent knowledge in risk management and related disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage risk across complex projects and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, safety, and leadership to identify exposures and propose mitigations.
