Job summary

The Boldt Company seeks a Senior Project Manager, Commercial & Contracts Management to lead procurement, negotiations, and contract administration on large construction projects. You will partner with legal, estimating, procurement, finance, and field teams to align subcontract terms with program goals.

You will identify commercial risks, manage change orders, and monitor cost performance, cash flow, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, supply chain, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 8+ years in construction subcontract management, contract administration, procurement, commercial management, or project controls within large industrial/construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms, commercial negotiations, risk allocation, claims management, and change order administration.
• Experience developing trade scopes, bid packages, and procurement strategies for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts on large projects.
• Develop subcontracting strategies, bid packages, and trade scopes.
• Monitor change orders, forecasts, and contract performance.
• Collaborate with project leadership, legal, estimating, procurement, finance, and field teams.
• Protect Boldt’s interests while maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
