Job summary

WithCoverage seeks a Risk Advisor to manage construction client relationships, assess exposures, and deliver tailored risk solutions. You will work with senior advisors and business leaders to scale the construction vertical and develop deep technical expertise, evolving into a trusted client advisor.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in construction insurance, familiarity with coverage lines, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in commercial insurance or construction risk.
• Familiarity with GL, WC, Auto, and builders risk.
• Active P&C Brokers License or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of construction accounts with GCs, subs, developers, and owners.
• Participate in client-facing Risk Analyses and diagnose coverage gaps.
• Prepare marketing submissions, renewal proposals, and program comparisons.
