Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical/Environmental Sciences, Construction Management or related field. Experience may substitute education at 1:1.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with federal and state contracting.
• Ability to pass background checks for security access badges.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to explain technical concepts in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve detailed project plans and milestones.
• Manage projects including subcontracting activities and risk mitigation.
• Prepare acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide guidance to project staff and coordinate with multiple client groups.
• Prepare status reports with metrics for stakeholders.
• Supervise field staff and ensure quality control on site.
• Develop and review proposals and contract deliverables.
