Job summary

STG Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee small‑scale design/build and construction projects onsite in Anchorage, Alaska. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

You will also assist in project development, reporting, and client communication, with periodic travel to remote sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1+ year PM experience, and proficiency with MS Project and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Able to travel to remote Alaska job sites (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee small-scale design/build and construction projects in Alaska.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Provide client communication and project development support.
• Support Senior Project Manager with coordination and documentation.
