Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) in Anchorage, AK, seeks a seasoned project supervisor to inspect DEHE and ANTHC construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with construction leaders, engineers, and superintendents.

You will develop schedules and safety plans, review designs, assist with material takeoffs, and manage field practices to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and project management practices.
• Ability to read and evaluate design drawings and specs.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing schedules, safety plans and financial reports for DEHE construction projects.
• Ensure project scope, materials, equipment and personnel meet requirements to complete on time and budget.
• Review project designs and assist with field construction practices and material takeoffs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight and purchasing to ensure timely delivery and condition of materials.
• Review invoices, timesheets, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specs.
