Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to independently lead small to mid-scale capital and tenant improvement projects across our client portfolio in Utah. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relations from initiation through closeout, and support larger initiatives under guidance.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet/Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of progressive project management experience
• Experience independently delivering small to mid-size projects ($250K–$1M)
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K-$1M) from initiation to closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Develop charters, schedules, work breakdown structures, and manage critical path
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Chair project meetings and drive action item resolution and change orders
• Manage project budgets, POs, invoices, and monthly financial reports
• Serve as primary client contact and provide proactive status updates
