The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a construction management degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' construction project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with PM software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of designated projects.
• Ensure budget and schedule goals are met.
• Ensure safety remains a priority on all sites.
• Collaborate with project superintendent and stakeholders.
• Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Support pursuit efforts to win new projects.
• Travel as required.
