Stellar is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager to drive quality management across projects, developing systems, conducting rigorous checks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, detailed reporting to senior management, and mentoring staff on best practices to uphold high standards of excellence. Travel to job sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Trade School or 2-year degree required.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO Lead Auditor certs are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5+ years in the construction industry, at/above Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance.
• Conduct quality checks at various project stages and address issues.
• Oversee continuous improvement using data and feedback to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to set and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for senior management.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and new QA techniques and tools.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
