Job summary

Front Porch Communities and Services is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead planning, design, development, and delivery of capital projects, from facility expansions to new environments, with strong technical oversight. This full-time, remote role requires 10 years of leadership on large projects, CPM certification, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.

Pay range: $150,000–$165,000 annually.

• 10 years leading large capital projects in various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts and procurement across cross-functional teams.
• Lead design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Manage construction plans and maintain up-to-date status records.
• Monitor performance to ensure alignment with schedule and contract documents.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
