Connect Search, LLC is hiring a Construction Project Manager for a fully remote role, ideally based in the Memphis, TN area, to own project delivery from pre-construction estimating through final walkthrough. You will oversee construction across new builds, renovations, and CapEx projects, focusing on quality, schedule, and budget while managing field staff and construction personnel to company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, with hands-on adaptive reuse of commercial/industrial buildings.
• Strong commercial/industrial construction cost estimation skills.
• Background in commercial electrical work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating: Deliver commercial/industrial construction cost estimates and evolving cost figures from pre-construction.
• Permitting: Support design team to secure permits and coordinate CO timelines.
• Scheduling: Build and track schedules across design, pre-construction, construction, and tenant delivery.
• Value Engineering: Lead adaptive re-use strategy to optimize scope, methods and materials.
• Cost Containment: Manage subcontracts and change orders; track budget vs. actuals.
• Quality Control: Oversee design and construction quality and coordinate inspections as needed.
• Communication: Maintain clear documentation with all project stakeholders.
