Job summary

Hey Lieu is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator for a 100% remote LatAm-based role. You will coordinate project administration, confirm scope during client calls, and support Project Managers through tracking, documentation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in construction administration, excellent English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to keep projects moving from kickoff to final billing.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in construction administration or related role.
• CSR and customer-facing communication experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with neutral accent.
• Working knowledge of drafting correspondence, reporting, and data management software.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: primary contact for quotes and project scope; ~50% client-facing calls to confirm scope.
• Project Administration: review project files, ensure client requirements are met, assist setup.
• Audit & Compliance: review job files for final upload and internal audits; ensure forms are completed.
• Financial Tracking: prepare purchase orders, track schedules and budgets, verify PO documentation.
• Team Collaboration: weekly updates with Project Managers on file progress and billing status.
• Support Duties: assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
