Job summary

Integrated Hire is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant for a LATAM remote role with EST hours. The role supports a U.S.-based owner and construction team, handling document control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and meeting management using Buildertrend and Ninety.io.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of construction operations support, the ability to read plans, excellent English communication, and strong organizational discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting construction project operations for a U.S.-based company.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Strong document control, review, tracking and closing out approvals.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar CM platforms.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document control and revisions for multiple projects; request, distribute, review and close out approvals.
• Track production schedules, budgets, and subcontractor buyouts; maintain organized paperwork.
• Manage email correspondence and meeting agendas; keep owner informed.
• Maintain project logs and trackers for status visibility.
