Connectivity Tech Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee large-scale projects with a fiber optic focus in a dynamic team. You will partner with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, rigorous documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within construction service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in environmental construction administration/management with Commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects to meet client specs, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication across phases.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement; prepare scopes of work, BOMs, and estimates.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and project docs; assist in progress and financial reporting.
• Oversee site operations, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays and budget overruns; resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain daily project documentation and provide updates to leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement through new technologies and methods.
