Job Title: Fiber Construction Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Fiber Construction Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities at project sites. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Fiber Construction Coordinator will manage construction crews, monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site. Ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support.

  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.

  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and report any issues or delays to senior management. Ensure that milestones are met and address any obstacles promptly.

  • Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently. Ensure that all resources are available and utilized effectively.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Provide solutions to technical and logistical challenges.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.

  • Client Relations: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure that projects stay within budget.


Qualifications:


  • Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
