Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead field teams in coax and fiber projects. The role involves planning, cost control, and coordination with utilities, contractors, and internal partners to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience in coax/fiber construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum two years supervisory Coax/Fiber construction experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of coax/fiber construction projects from planning to activation.
• Lead field teams, manage workflow, and control costs against budget.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and review change orders.
• Communicate with officials, utilities, contractors, and partners.
• Generate construction logs and progress reports.
• Review customer requests and respond to issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with National Electric Codes and safety standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and verify crew performance.
• Maintain attendance and flexible schedules including nights/weekends.
