Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee outside plant telecommunications projects. This hybrid role blends field oversight with office coordination, including supervising underground and aerial fiber work, coordinating permitting, and maintaining project documentation.

You will walk sites, verify as-builts, prepare BOM/NTP packages, track weekly activity, manage permits with municipalities, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in underground cable construction.
• Strong knowledge of fiber construction, engineering principles, and dig laws/regulations.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite; ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field site walks and verify as-builts.
• Prepare BOM and NTP packages; track weekly construction activity.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and manage project documentation.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure subcontractor compliance.
