Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of network and construction projects from planning through close-out. You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring safety, timeliness, and accountability across all phases.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction/telecom infra, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting projects in construction, telecom, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, milestones, and action items across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Permitting, Construction, Splicing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams; support vendor communication.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and dashboards; maintain required documentation.
• Monitor schedules, flag risks, track dependencies, and assist with invoice tracking and close-out support.
