Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Progress Report Writer for a fully remote, full-time position. You will assess draw requests, review budgets, schedules, and field documentation to prepare accurate progress assessments for national projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction project management or related analysis, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently within a virtual team. Remote work is supported across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High-level understanding of construction financials (SOV, cost tracking, billings, lien releases).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfort with digital software and project management tools.
• Enthusiasm for learning new proprietary software platforms.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in reports.
• Ability to work independently and within a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Identify the overall scope of national commercial projects and assess progress.
• Review draw documents, including Schedule of Values and back-up invoices.
• Analyze budgets provided by borrowers and lenders.
• Provide professional opinions on construction schedules reasonableness.
• Review and confirm change orders for execution and completeness.
• Identify deposits and offsite material requests.
• Review General Contractor lien waivers for validity.
• Manage a full schedule of national draw reports.
• Prepare detailed progress assessments using site photos and field documents.
