Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Progress Report Writer to join our team remotely in a full-time, permanent position. The role focuses on assessing draw requests, reviewing schedules, and evaluating field documentation for national projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction PM or related analysis, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently within a virtual team. Remote work nationwide with preference for in-state candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Construction Project Management or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction and lending practices.
• Experience reading construction drawings, finish schedules and contract docs.

Responsibilities

• Identify scope of construction work across national projects.
• Review draw documents, SOVs, back-up invoices, drawings if provided.
• Analyze budgets provided by borrowers and lenders.
• Provide opinions on reasonableness of borrower schedules.
• Review change orders for execution and completeness.
• Identify deposits and offsite material requests.
• Review and assess GC lien waivers.
• Manage full schedule of national draw reports.
• Prepare detailed progress assessments using site photos and field docs.
