Job summary

somewhere is a rapidly growing, U.S.-based, fully remote development and construction firm delivering projects from feasibility to Owner's Representative services. We seek a Construction Project Manager to own cross-disciplinary coordination among owners, our team, GC, subs, and vendors, guiding scope, schedule, and budget from pre-construction through completion.

You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving decisions in a fast-paced remote environment with ownership and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of project management/construction experience in the U.S.
• Experience on construction/development projects in the United States.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and trades.
• Working knowledge of U.S. building codes and standards.
• Experience with budgets, estimating, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1+).
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination from pre-construction through construction, aligning scope, schedule, and priorities.
• Run project meetings, set action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Identify problems early and coordinate solutions across parties.
• Serve as central contact between owner, team, GC, subs, and vendors.
• Manage project information: RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation.
• Track budgets and schedules; forecast variances and take corrective action.
• Coordinate owner-furnished items and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with codes and construction standards.
