Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. You will review progress, manage KPIs for safety, quality, cost, and schedule, and communicate with senior leaders, contractors, engineers, and regulators.

The role is remote with upwards of 50% regional travel across North America, requiring strong coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Construction and project management experience.
• Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4+ years of US military experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide timely, concise communications to operations and stakeholders.
• Direct contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet contract requirements.
• Lead permitting and interact with regulatory bodies as required.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project closeout.
