Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee store construction from inception to completion, coordinating contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet contract requirements while maintaining safety and quality.

This remote role requires planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication with regional travel up to 50% and possible involvement at North American locations. A Bachelor’s degree and PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Construction and project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Alternative: HS diploma with equivalent experience or 4+ years US military experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Direct contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule via KPIs.
• Prepare project plans and risk management, communications, and stakeholder registers.
• Deliver field oversight through execution and commissioning.
